Connect a network

With a wired or wirel ess connection (see “G et
started” > “S et up a network ”), you can connect
this product to:
the Internet (for sof tware update/ BD
Live/Net TV service).
or a home network (to acces s media files
from a DLNA media ser ver, e.g. PC).

Connect power

Caution
Risk of product dam age! Ensure th at the power supp ly
voltage correspo nds to the volta ge printed on th e back
of the unit.
Before connectin g the AC power cord, e nsure you have
completed all other connections.
Note
The type plate is loca ted on the back of th e product.

4 Get started
Caution
Use of controls or adjus tments or per formance of

Always follow the instructions in this chapter in
sequence.

Prepare the remote control

1 Press and push the bat tery compar tment to
slide it open (see “1” in the ill ustration).
2 Insert two AA A batteries wi th correct
polarity (+/-) as indicated.
1 Connect a coaxial ca ble (not supplied) to:
the COAXIAL jack on this product.
the COAXIAL/DI GITAL input jack on
the device.
Connect to the optical j ack
1 Connect an optical c able (not supplied) to:
the OPTICAL jack on this product.
the OPTICAL/ DIGITAL input jack on th e
device.

Connect an analogue stereo system

1 Connect the audio ca bles to:
the LINE OUT/AUDIO -L/R jac ks on
this product.
the AUDIO input jack s on the device.

Connect a USB device

1 Connect a USB device to t he (USB) jack
on the front panel of this pr oduct.
Note
Press , and select [Browse USB] in the menu to ac cess
the content and play the fi les.
Connect a USB device o nly to the
jack on the front
panel of this produc t.
