Registers [2Ah] and [2Bh] control the ve rtical position of the hardware cursor. Th e value in this register specifies the location of the left edge of the cursor. When ink mode is selected these registers should be set to z ero.Cursor Y Position bits 9-0 determine the location of the cursor. With t en bit s of resolution the vertical cursor range is 1024 pixels.Acting in pairs, Registers [2Ch], [2Dh] and registers [2Eh], [2Fh] are used to form the 16 bpp (5-6-5) RGB values for the two user defined colors.Register [30h] determines the location in the display bu ffer wh ere the curs or/i nk la yer wi ll be located. Table 7-2: can be used to determine this location.
