Adjusting initial settings

Initialsettings lets you per form initial setup of
differentsettings for this unit.
1Functiondisplay
Showsthe function status.
1 PressSOURCE and hold until the unit
turnsoff.
2 PressMulti-Control and hold until the
clockappears in the display.
3 TurnMulti-Control to select one of the
initialsettings.
TurnMulti-Control clockwise to switch be-
tweenthe functions in the following order:
ClockWarning(warning tone)AUX (aux-
iliaryinput)Dimmer (dimmer)Brightness
(brightness)REARSP (rear output and sub-
woofercontroller)Telephone (telephone
muting/attenuation)Motion(motion
screen)EVER-SCROLL(ever scroll)
AutoOpen (flap auto open)
Usethe following instructions to operate each
particularsetting.
#Tocancel initial settings, press BAND.
Setting the clock
Usethese instructions to set the clock.
1 UseMulti-Control to select clock.
Clockappears in the display.
2 PushMulti-Control left or right to select
thesegment of the clock display you wish
toset.
PushingMulti-Control left or right will select
onesegment of the clock display:
HourMinute
Asyou select segments of the clock display
thesegment selected will blink.
3 PushMulti-Control up or down to set
theclock.
PushingMulti-Control up will increase the
selectedhour or minute. Pushing
Multi-Controldown will decrease the se-
lectedhour or minute.
Notes
!Youcan match the clock to a time signal by
pressingMulti-Control.
Ifthe minute is 0029, the minutes are
roundeddown. (e.g., 10:18 becomes
10:00.)
Ifthe minute is 3059, the minutes are
roundedup. (e.g., 10:36 becomes 11:00.)
!Evenwhen the sources are off, the clock dis-
playappears on the display.
Switching the warning tone
Ifthe front panel is not detached fromthe
headunit within four seconds of turning off
theignition, a warning tone will sound. You
canturn off the warning tone.
1 UseMulti-Control to select Warning.
Warningappears in the display.
