Scrolling text informationin the display
Thisunit can display the first 17 letters onlyof
foldername, file name, track title, artist name,
albumtitle and comment. When the recorded
informationis longer than 17 letters, you can
scrollthe text to the left so that the rest of the
textinformation can be seen.
%PressDISPLAY and hold until the text
informationbegins to scroll through the
display.
Thetext information scrolls.
Notes
!UnlikeMP3 and WMA file format, WAV files
displayonly folder name and file name.
!WhenEver Scroll is set to ON at the initial set-
ting,CD text information scrolls continuously
inthe display. If you want to display the first
17characters of text information temporarily
andscroll from the beginning, press and hold

Selecting tracks from thefile name list
Filename list lets you see the list of file names
(orfolder names) and select one of themto
playback.
1 PressLIST to switch to the file namelist
mode.
Namesof files and folders appear in the dis-
play.
2 UseMulti-Control to select the desired
filename (or folder name).
Turnto change the name of file or folder;
pressto play; push right to see a list of the
files(or folders) inthe selected folder.
#Youcan also change the name of file or folder
bypushing Multi-Control up or down.
#Toreturn to the previous list (the folder one
levelhigher), push Multi-Control left.
#Ifyou do not operate the list within about 8
seconds,the file name list mode is cancelled
automatically.
