Pitco Solstice and Solstice Supreme High Efficiency Gas Fryers

Replacing the Frypot

1.Remove the controller front panel, gas valve, pilot assembly, and burner assembly.

2.Remove the baffle by pulling it out.

NOTE: For SSH models only.

4. Loosen the collet using a spanner wrench.

5. Remove the collet.

3.Remove the drain manifold flange nut using a 9/16 inch close-ended wrench.

6. Slide piping away from flange.
