Selectthe value you want to change and press OK.
Adjustthe values with UP/DOWN and accept with
OK.
SelectSettings >Watch, time and date.
•Alarm:Set the alarm to go on Once, from
Mondayto Friday,Every day, or turn it Off.
PressBACK to stop the alarm or UP/DOWN to
snoozefor 10 minutes. The alarm cannot be
usedduring training.
•Time:Select Time 1 and set the time format,
hoursand minutes. Select Time 2 to set time for
anothertime zone by adding or substracting
hours.In the Time view, you can quickly change
fromTime 1 to Time 2by pressing and holding
DOWN.
•Timezone: Select time zone 1 or 2.
•Date:Set the date.
•Watchface: Select Time and logo,Time and
trophyor Time only.
TrainingSettings
SelectSettings > Training settings.
•Trainingsounds: Select Very loud,Loud,Soft
orOff.
•Speedsensor: Activate or deactivate speed and
distancesensor by selecting GPS sensor,
Footpodor Off.
•Heartrate view: Set the FT60 to display your
heartrate as Beats per minute or as Percent
ofmaximum.
•Speedview: Select Kilometres per hour
(KM/H)/Minutes per kilometre (MIN/KM) or
Milesper hour (MPH) /Minutes per mile
(MIN/M)
•Footpodcalib. factor: For more information,
seeAccessory settings.
•HeartTouch:Select On or Off.
•Zonelock: Select Zone 1,20r 3to train on a
specificheart rate zone or set the zone lock Off.
