Polar M400 PAIR A MOBILE DEVICE WITH M400

1. Wearyour heartrate sensor, and press START in time view toenter pre-trainingmode.

2. Topair, touch your sensor with M400 is displayed, touch your heartrate sensor with M400, and

waitf orit to bef ound.

3. M400lists t heheart rate sensors it finds.The device ID, f orexample, Pair Polar H7xxxxxxxx,is dis-

played.Choose the heartrate sensor you want to pair and thenchoose Yes.

4. Pairing completedis shown when you are done.

1. Goto General Settings > Pair and sync> Pair other deviceand press START.

2. M400starts searching for yourheart rate sensor.

3. Oncethe heart rates ensoris f ound,the device ID, forexample, Pair Polar H7xxxxxxxx,is dis-

played.Choose the heartrate sensor you want to pair.

4. PressSTAR T,P airingi s displayed.

5. Pairing completedis displayed when you aredone.

PAIR A MOBILE DEVICE WITH M400

Beforepairinga mobile device, create a Polar accountif youdo not already haveone, and downloadFlow app

fromthe App Store or GooglePlay. Make sure you have also downloadedand installedFlowSy nc software

ontoyour computerf romflow. polar.com/start,and registeredyour M400 in the Flow web service.

Beforetrying to pair, make surey ourmobile device has Bluetooth turnedon, and airplanemode/flight modeis

notturned on.

Topair a mobile device:

1. Onyour mobile device, openFlow app and sign in with your Polar account.

2. Wait fort heC onnectproduct view to appear onyour mobile device (Searching forPol arM400) is dis-

played.

3. InM400 time mode, press andhold BACK.

4. Connectingto device is displayed, followed by Connecting to app.

5. Acceptt heBluetooth pairingrequest on your mobiledevice and type in the pin code shown on your

M400.

6. Pairing completedis displayed when you aredone.

1. InM400, go to Settings > Generalsettings > Pair and sync> Pair mobile deviceand press

START

2. Onceyour device is found, the device ID Polar mobile xxxxxxxxis displayed on M400.
