If you haveedited your sport profiles in the Flow web service beforeyour first t rainingsession,and synced
themto your M400, the sport profilelis t will contain the edited sportprofiles.

SETTINGS

Toview or modify s portprofile settings, go to Settings > Sportprofiles and choose the profileyou want to
edit.You can also access thesettings of the currently selected profilef rompre-trainingmode by pressing and
holdingLIGHT.
lTraining sounds:Choose Off,Soft,Loudor Very loud.
lHeartrate settings:Heartrate view: Choose Beats per minute (bpm) or % of maximum.Check
HR zone limits: Check the limits foreach heartrate zone. HR visible to otherdevice: Choose On
orOff. If you choose On, other compatibledevices (e.g. gym equipment) can detect yourheart rate.
lGPS recording:Choose Offor On.
lSpeedVi ew:Choose km/h (kilometers perhour) ormi n/km(minutesper kilometer).If youhave
chosenimperial units, choose mph (milesper hour)or mi n/mi (minutesper mile).
lAutomaticpause: Choose On or Off.If youset the automatic pause On, your session is auto-
maticallypaused when you stop moving.
GPSrecordingmustbe turned ont o use automaticpause.
lAutomaticlap: ChooseOff,Lapdi stanceor Lap duration.If youchoose Lap distance,set the dis-
tanceafter which each lap is taken. If youchoose Lap duration,set thedurationafter which each lap
is taken.

PHYSICAL SETTINGS
