Fuel Filter/Fuel LinesOil Filter
The oil filter should be changed
annually or every1200 miles (1920
km). Inspect oil line condition at
2000 miles (3200 km). Polaris oil
filters arespecially designed for use
on Polaris products. Use only
Polaris replacement parts.
Edge models use an oil filter (3)
that’sbuilt into the oil sending unit
located in the bottom of the oil tank.
Afterchanging the oil filter, bleed the
oil injection systemof all trapped air.
See your dealerfor instructions, or
have your dealerperform the filter
change and bleeding operation for
you.
NOTE: The directionof the arrows
indicatesthe direction of flow
through the filters.

The in-tank fuel filter (1) and fuel lines should be inspected
regularly. G ive special attention to the system’s fuel line condition
after periods of storage. Normal deterior ation from weather and
fuel compounds may occur.
Do not use pliers or a similar tool to remove fuel lines as damage
may occur.
Do not kink the fuel line as damage may occur. If a f uel line has
been damaged or kinked, replace it promptly.
