Weight TransferDuring Acceleration
Xtra-10 and EDGE Rear Rear Scissor Stop (RRSS)
The preferredmethod for controlling
weight transfer during acceleration of
the EDGE rearsuspension is by
adjusting the rear rear scissor stop
(RRSS). TheRRSS is located in the
best overalltrail riding position when
delivered from the factory.
Todecrease weight transfer under
acceleration (for improved cornering),
rotatethe RRSS to a higher position
with the scissorstop t ool (1)located in
your tool kit.
Toin crease weight transfer or ski lift
during acceleration, move the RRS S to
the rearwardhole on high position. The
RRSS may also be rotatedto a lower
position for evenmore weight transfer
if desired.
A - Stock Position - Thissetting is
most desirablefor trail riding.
B - Medium or High Position (standard
hole location) - This settingwill
decrease weight transfer.
C - RearwardUpper Position (optional
hole location- This setting will
increase weight transfer.

Xtra-12 Rear Rear Scissor Stop (RRSS)
The RRSS on Xtra-12 suspensions is not adjustable.
