MANTENIMIENTO

nVuelva a montar la placa exterior de la barra guía, asegurándose de que la ranura del pasador de ésta quede en la parte inferior, con los bordes superior e inferior en ángulo con respecto a la barra.

nVuelva a montar la tapa del embrague y las tuercas de montaje de la barra.

nApriete las tuercas de montaje de la barra con los dedos. La barra debe quedar libre para moverse para el ajuste de la tensión.

nElimine toda la holgura de la cadena; para ello, gire hacia la derecha el tornillo de tensado de la cadena hasta que ésta se siente ajustadamente en la barra, con los eslabones de impulsión dentro de la ranura de la misma.

nLevante la punta de la barra guía para revisar la holgura de la cadena.

nSuelte la punta de la barra guía y gire 1/2 vuelta hacia la derecha el tornillo de tensado de la cadena. Repita este proceso hasta que desaparezca toda holgura presente.

nMantenga levantada la punta de la barra guía y apriete firmemente las tuercas de montaje de dicha barra.

La cadena está bien tensada cuando no hay holgura de la misma en la parte inferior de la barra guía, la cadena se siente bien ajustada en la barra, y puede avanzarse con la mano sin ningún atoramiento de aquélla. Asegúrese de que no esté puesto el freno de la cadena.

NOTA: Si queda demasiado ajustada la cadena, no podrá desplazarse. Afloje levemente las tuercas de montaje de la barra y gire 1/4 de vuelta hacia la izquierda el tornillo de ajuste de la tensión. Levante la punta de la barra guía y vuelva a apretar firmemente las tuercas de montaje de dicha barra. Asegúrese de que la cadena se desplace sin atorarse.
