LED indicator
:
displays blue when powering up, displays red
when charging, green when fully charged, and red blinking when
a notification has arrived.
Light (RGB) Sensor
: lets you use the ambient light level to adjust
the screen brightness/contrast. This sensor decreases screen
brightness in dim light.
Earpiece
:
Plays sounds and automated prompts during calls.
Proximity and Light Sensors
: Detects the presence of objects,
for use with motion settings, and to control the screen display,
such as when you move the device away from your ear during a
call. Detects ambient light when Automatic brightness is enabled,
and when using the Front camera.
2.0 MP Front Camera
: Captures pictures and video.
Touch scree n
: Provides access to all the phone’s applications and
features.
Menu
: Touch to display a context-sensitive menu of options for
the current screen or feature. While using your device, you may
notice that the Menu Key dims, but it is always available at a
touch to provide a context-sensitive menu for the current screen
or app (to set the touch key light duration, see
“More display
settings”
on page 148).
Home
: Press to display the Home screen, or Lock screen if the
device is locked. Press and hold to display recent applications or
launch Task Manager or Google Search.
Back
: Touch to return to the previous screen or option. While
using your device, you may notice that the Back Key dims, but
you can always use it to return to the previous item.
