From the Home screen or while using an application, select the right side of the system bar and then select Sound on the
notifications panel.
You can set the device to alert you to various events
in Silent mode. Open the application list and select Settings → Sound → Vibrate → Always or Only in Silent mode. When you switch to Silent mode, Vibration will appear in place of Silent on the
notifications panel.
