This unit uses a micro computer. Malfunctions may occur when there are external noises or obstructing noises such as TV, radio, cellular phones, etc. If this unit doesn’t operate normally, turn off the power once, unplug the power cord from the AC outlet, then insert it in the AC outlet again after several seconds to turn the power on and operate.

As the LCD panel is manufactured with extremely precise technology, it has an effective pixel ratio of 99.99% or greater. Although 0.01% or fewer pixels may not light or always stay lit, this is not a malfunction.

If you do not have a convenient SANYO service station nearby, contact the SANYO dealer where you purchased the unit. Be sure to give the model number and explain the problem. The dealer will advise you how to obtain service.
