To change your Net Guard settings

Note:

If you prefer, you can change your settings so that the home page is always the first page you see when launching a Web connection. From the Web, select Menu > More > Preferences > Launch Page and then select Home Page.

Net Guard

When you first connect to the Web, the Net Guard will be displayed to confirm that you want to connect. This feature helps you avoid accidental connections. You can disable the Net Guard in the future by selecting Always Auto-Connectwhen the Net Guard is displayed.

To change your Net Guard settings:

▶Press > Settings > PCS Vision > Net Guard.

■Select On to activate the Net Guard.

■Select Off to deactivate the Net Guard.

Note:

When enabled, the Net Guard is displayed only once per session. The Net Guard will not be displayed if the phone is merely reconnecting because of a time-out.
