Auto Shutdown - Lets you program the Starmate 5 to automatically shut off after a one-hour period of inactivity (no button presses or other user interven- tion)..

To set the Auto Shutdown:

1 Press menu..

2Press the Down button to scroll and highlight Time Based Features and press the Select button..

3Press the Down button to scroll and highlight Auto Shutdown and press the Select button..

4Press the Up or Down button to scroll and highlight Enable to activate the auto shutdown or Disable to cancel an auto shutdown.. Press the Select button to confirm..

5Press and hold menu to exit..

After 59 minutes of inactivity, a beep tone will sound and a Cancel Auto Shut- down display prompt appears on the screen to allow you to delay the auto- matic shutdown.. Pressing the Select button will reset the Auto Shutdown for
