time it will not be in use for an extended period of time, or when you are trans- porting your Controller to another destination. This setting puts the Controller into deep sleep mode immediately rather than waiting for the deep sleep timer setting to be reached. The Controller cannot be turned off while it is con- nected to the AC adapter or charging cradle.

•Factory Reset. Use this setting to return the Controller to its original factory set- tings. This will disconnect the Controller from your Sonos Digital Music System entirely (you can add it again at any time.) This may be necessary if the Controller gets associated to the wrong music system during setup, or if you wish to join your Controller to another Sonos Digital Music System.

Upon occasion, it may become necessary to adjust some of the default settings for your Sonos Digital Music System.

Sort folders by

You can set the sorting preference for music folders that are accessible from your music library. You can choose to sort by:

•Track name

•Track number

•Filename
