Using the ARRI Remote Control

You can set the shutter angle, FPS and start/stop recording/ playback from the ARRI-made WRC-2 (Wireless Remote Control 2).

FPS can be continuously changed even while operation is in progress (manual Ramp or programmable Ramp). The system format, input voltage to the camera, and tape remaining of the recorder can be observed on the WRC-2.

Connection and preparations

Two types of connection are permitted: direct wiring to the EXT I/O connector of the camera and wireless connection via the UMC-3 (Universal Motor Controller).

In either case, a special cable is required.

Version updating and modification for 12 V power are also required on the WRC-2 and UMC-3.
