Fonction d’auto-diagnostic

Le téléviseur est équipé d’une fonction d’auto- diagnostic. Si votre téléviseur présente un dysfonctionnement, l’indicateur STANDBY/SLEEP du panneau avant clignote de façon répétée. Comptez le nombre de clignotements pour informer le personnel Sony qualifié de l’état du téléviseur.

Cas 1:

Si l’image disparaît et si l’indicateur STANDBY/ SLEEP du panneau avant clignote

1Comptez le nombre total de clignotements de l’indicateur STANDBY/SLEEP. Les clignotements sont espacés de 3 secondes. Si, par exemple, l’indicateur clignote deux fois, s’arrête de clignoter 3 secondes, puis clignote à nouveau deux fois, ceci compte pour deux clignotements.

2Appuyez sur POWER sur le téléviseur pour le mettre hors tension et débranchez le cordon d’alimentation secteur, puis informez le personnel Sony qualifié ou le Direct Response Center précédemment mentionné du nombre de clignotements.

3Vérifiez l’indication des colonnes “Température” et “Ventilateur”.

Si “NG” s’allume en rouge et si l’indicateur STANDBY/SLEEP clignote, appuyez sur la touche POWER du téléviseur pour le mettre hors tension et débranchez le cordon d’alimentation secteur.

Cas 2-a: Si “NG” apparaît dans la colonne “Température”

Installez le téléviseur dans un endroit frais pour que sa température diminue.

Si les orifices de ventilation sont obstrués

Les orifices de ventilation ne doivent jamais être obstrués ou couverts. Installez le téléviseur dans un endroit bien ventilé afin de permettre une circulation d’air appropriée.

Assurez-vous que l’indicateur STANDBY/ SLEEP cesse de clignoter. S’il continue de clignoter, consultez votre détaillant Sony ou le Direct Response Center (Voir la colonne de gauche).
