Chapter 2: Registration and Setup for System Administrators
This chapter describes the registration and settings to be carried out by the system administrator.The chapter is intended to be read by the system administrator.
Registering Local Information
Before starting a conference, register the required information on the local terminals of the system using the Setup menu for administrator. This section describes how to display the Setup menus for the administrator and gives a introduction to the menus.
Opening the Setup Menu for the Administrator1 Press the MENU button on the Remote Commander, or use the V, v,
Bor b button to select “MENU” in the launcher menu, then press the PUSH ENTER button.
The Setup menu appears on the monitor screen.

Press and hold the [MENU] button to show more detailed setup menus.
2 Hold down the MENU button.
The Setup menu for the administrator appears on the monitor screen.

Note
You can also display the Setup menu for the administrator by pressing the numeric button 9 on the Remote Commander twice while the Setup menu or the screen in communication is displayed.
