•Highlight the Antenna tab on the ANTENNA SETUP menu, then carefully verify your settings for accuracy.

•Re-enter your ZIP code if necessary to verify you have used the correct antenna pointing parameters for your location.

•Check your cable connections.

•Ensure the DIRECTV Receiver is connected to a modular telephone jack.

Once you have successfully obtained a signal and your test results resemble those shown in the figures, call DIRECTV (or your subscription service provider) to activate service if you have not done so already.
