Connect the printer’s power cord.

Checkthat the printer’s powerswitch (locatedat the left front) is OFF.

Then plug the printer’spower cord into an AC wall outlet.

Never plug or unplug the powercord while the printer is turned on.

Mount the paper guide

The paper guidefits intothe two holes on top ofthe rear cover. Mount

theguide and raise it to the upright position.
