Set left margin

Sets the left margin at column n(wherenis between Oand 255) in the
current character pitch (pica pitch if proportional spacing is seleeted).
The left margin does not move if the character pitch is changed later.
Theleft margin must beat least two columns tothe left of the right margin
and within the limits below:
