Thisappendix gives tablesof the printer’s standard and IBM character

sets.

The decimalcharacter code of each character is shown in an inset to

the lowerright of the character.

The hexadecimalcode can be found by reading the entries at the top

and left edgesof the table. For example, the character “A” is in column 4

and row 1,so its hexadecimal character code is 41. This is equivalent(4 x

16 +1=65)to decimal 65, the number in the inset.

Control codesrecognized bythis printer are indicated by abbreviations

insidepointed brackets <>.
