9-1-2 Assembly Steps

(1)Setting the reel into the case.

-1:Paste grease on the case. (Fig9.-3)

-2 :Adjust the position of the inner end of the

spring, which is set in the reel. (Fig9.-4)

-3 :Holdthereel so that the shafthook part and

theinnerend of thespringarehookedto- gether.Dropthereelgentlyfromaboveinto the

-4 :Move the reel slightly counter-clockwise and make sure the springis hooked.

(2)Setting the attachments

-1:Set the latchet into the reel. (Fig9. -5)

-2 :Holding the latchet, set thelatchet-guide sub-assembly. (Fig. 9-6)
