B (1)Remove the bolt(l2)and take out float chamber body(l3).

(2)Fromthebody (14) removethemainnozzle (15), andthen removethemainjet (16) andguideholder

(17) from the main nozzle(15).

(3)Reassembly

a)Fasten the main jet securely to the body. Otherwise, the fuel may become too rich and cause engine malfunction.

b)The bolt tightening torque is 70kg-cm. Be sure to set the gasket (19) and washer (18) for chamber

(13).

8-2-5 FLOAT SYSTEM

(1)Pull out the float pin (20) and remove the float (21) and then remove the clip (22) and needle valve

(23).

If the needle valve needs tobe replaced, replace it with rubber needle.

When cleaning the jets, be sureto use compressed air to blow them clean.

Never use a drill or a wire because of possible damage of the orifice which will considerably affect

fuel flow.

(2)Whenremovingtheneedlevalveandfloat,gentlytapthereversesideusingtherod moreslender than the float pin and remove, since the float pinis calked to the carburetor body.
