c.Fit the slot of the cable management arm over the tab of the inner glide.

Slide the slot over the tab until the captive screw aligns with the mounting hole on the inner glide.

You may need to rotate the cable management arm flange containing the slot and captive screw so that you can fit the slot over the tab.
