White rice flour | 375g |

Brown rice flour | 150g |

Desiccated coconut | 30g |

Soft brown sugar | 50g |

White sugar | 1 tablespoon |

Xanthan gum | 1 tablespoon |

Soy milk powder or skim milk powder (optional) | 1/4 cup |

Cinnamon | 1 teaspoon |
|

Salt | 1 teaspoon |
|
|
Dry yeast | 2 teaspoons |
|
|
Chopped walnuts (optional) | 1/2 cup |
Method
1.Place ingredients into bread pan in the order listed. Wipe any spills from outside of the pan.
2.Place bread pan into the bread maker and close the lid.
3.Press the menu button to program (4) Wheat Rapid
4.Select size, Medium Crust Colour and press “Start”. Bread will be baked in the number of hours indicated.
