Serial Port B
This setting allows you to assign control of serial port B. The options are Enabled (user defi ned), Disabled, Auto (BIOS controlled) and OS Controlled.
Mode
Specify the type of device that will be connected to serial port B. The options are Normal, and IR (for an infrared device).
Base I/O Address
Select the base I/O address for serial port B. The options are 3F8, 2F8, 3E8 and 2E8.
Parallel Port
This setting allows you to assign control of the parallel port. The options are Enabled (user defi ned), Disabled and Auto
Base I/O Address
Select the base I/O address for the parallel port. The options are 378, 278 and 3BC.
Interrupt
Select the IRQ (interrupt request) for the parallel port. The options are IRQ5 and IRQ7.
Mode
This feature allows you to specify the parallel port mode. The options are Output only,
