Generating the conﬁguration page

The Phaser 220 can generate a conﬁguration page that contains useful information for installation and troubleshooting.

There are two ways to generate the conﬁguration page:

■Use the printer’s rear panel DIP switches.

1.Set Switches 2, 3, and 4 down.

2.After about ﬁve seconds, set Switch 4 up (leave Switches 2 and 3 down). The printer generates the conﬁguration page as soon as the switches are set (you do not have to reset the printer).

■Send a PostScript language ﬁle to the printer. For information on how to generate the conﬁguration page by sending a PostScript language ﬁle to the printer, see the manual Phaser 220 Drivers and Utilities Printing Reference.
