Performing a FunctionalCheck
Toverify that the 80A03 TekConnect Probe Interface Module is functioning
properly,perform the following procedure.
Refer to Table2 for a list of recommended equipment.

Toverify the functionality of Channel A, perform the following tasks:
1. Initializethe system:
a. Power on the sampling oscilloscope.
b. Waitfor the boot up process to complete.
c. Press the front panel DefaultSetup button.
2. Connect the signal source:
a. On the sampling oscilloscope, connect the SMA cable to the Internal
Clock Output. See Figure 7 on page 10 fordetails.
b. Connect the Probe TipAdapter with 50 Ωtermination to the other end of
the SMA cable.
3. Set up the trigger system:
a. In the UI applicationtoolbar, select Internal Clock from the Trig List
menu box.
