General Precautions

There are several simple guidelines to operating yourphone
properly and maintaining safe, satisfactory service.
vTo maximize performance, do not touch the bottom portion of
yourphone where the internal antenna is located while using
the phone.
vSpeak directly into the mouthpiece.
vAvoid exposing yourphone and accessories to rain orliquid
spills. If yourphone does get wet, immediately turn the power
offand remove the battery.
vDo not expose yourphone to direct sunlight forextended
periods of time (such as on the dashboard of a car).
vAlthough yourphone is quite sturdy, it is a complex piece of
equipment and can be broken. Avoid dropping, hitting,
bending, orsitting on it.
