Taking Pictures

Taking pictures with yourphone’s built-in camera is as
simple as choosing a subject, pointing the lens, and
pressing a button.
1. Press and hold (the camerabutton located on
the leftside of yourphone)to activate camera
mode. (Additional cameraoptions areavailable.
See “Camera Mode Options”on page 79 formore
information.)
2. Using the phone’s display screen as a viewfinder,
aim the camera lens at yoursubject.
3. Press , , orCAPTURE(left sof tkey)until the
shuttersounds. The picture will automatically be
saved in the In Phone folder. (See “Storing Pictures”
on page 83.)
nToreturn to camera mode to take anotherpicture,
press .
4. Press OPTIONS(right softkey)formore options.
nTake New Pictureto return to camera mode to take
anotherpicture.
nSendMedia to send yourpicture. (See “Sending
Pictures From the In Phone Folder”on page 86.)
nPrintto print the picture. You can choose whether
to orderprints forpickup at a retail store orto make
yourown prints using a PictBridge- orBluetooth-
enabled printer.
nPost to Servicesto access available services.
Select Updateto display the latest services.
nUploadto upload the picture to the Sprint Picture
Mail website (www.sprint.com/picturemail). (See
“Uploading Pictures”on page 88.)
Tip To activate camera mode, you can also press
Menu/OK> Photos > Camera.
