Activating YourPhone
vIf you purchased yourphone at a Sprint Store, your phone
should be activated and ready to use.
vIf you received yourphone in the mail and it is for a new
Sprint account ora new line of service, it is designed to
activate automatically. To confirm youractivation,
make a phone call.
vIf you received yourphone in the mail and you are activating
anew phone foran existing number on your account, you
will need to go online to activate the numberon your
new phone.
nFrom yourcomputer’s Web browser, go to
www.sprint.com/activateand complete the
onscreen instructions to activate yourphone.
When you have finished, make a phone call to
confirm youractivation. If yourphone is still not
activated oryou do not have access to the Internet,
contact Sprint CustomerService at 1-888-211-4727
forassistance.
Note Ifyou are having difficulty with activation, contact
Sprint CustomerService by dialing 1-888-211-
4727from any otherphone.
Tip Do not press ENDwhile the phone is being
activated. Pressing ENDcancels the activation
process.
