Updating YourUser Name

If you choose to change yourusername and select a

new one online, you must then update the username on

yourphone.

©Press >Settings > More... > Data > Update Profile.

(To cancel, press before completing the update.)

Launching a Web Connection

©Press >Web. (Yourdata connection starts and

you see the SprintWebSMhome page.)

While connecting, you may see an animation before the

SprintWebSMhome page appears.

Net Guard

When you first connect to the Web, the Net Guard will be

displayed to confirm that you want to connect. The Net

Guard helps you avoid accidental connections. You can

disable the Net Guard in the future by selecting

Always Auto-Connectwhen you see Net Guard displayed.

To change yourNet Guard settings:

©Press >Settings >More... > Data >Net Guard.

nOnto activate the Net Guard.

nOffto deactivate the Net Guard.

Note When enabled, Net Guardappears only once as

long as you have not turned the phone offand on.

Tip To change the default launch page to the last page

you viewed, press TOOLBAR(right softkey)and

select Options>Advanced > Startup Page >

Last Page Viewed.

Note IfNet Guardis enabled and displayed (see next

topic), press OK(left softkey)to continue and

launch the Web.
