5. WHEN USING THE DEPARTMENT CODES

Jobs sent to the equipment without a Department Code or not a registered Department Code will appear in the Invalid Queue of Job status.

To Restore the Invalid Code (print error) to the Normal Print

Press the user name on the list you want to print.

Press the [RELEASE] button.
