Wireless communications

IMPORTANT Notice

Due to the transmission and rece ption propert ies of wirel ess communications, data can
occasionally be lost or del ayed. This can be due to the variation in radio signal str ength that
results from changes in the charact eristi cs of the radio transmission path. Although data loss is
rare, the envir onment where you operate the MiFi 2200 may adversely affect
communications.
Variations in radio signal stre ngth are refe rred to as fading. Fading is caused by several
different factor s including signal refle ction, the i onosphere, and interfe rence fro m other radio
channels.
Verizon Wire less or its partne rs will not be hel d responsible for damages of any kind resulting
from the delays or err ors in data transmitted or receive d with the MiFi 2 200 device , or failure
of the MiFi 2200 device to tr ansmit or rece ive such data.
