Bask	scrambled	eggs
						SPECIAL		INSTFWCTlONS
						Use 1O-ounce microwavable bowl
						or custard cup for 1 to 2 eggs; use
						1quart microwavable casserole for
2	I					4 to 6 eggs. Place butter in dish.
						Cook uncovered 20 to 40 seconds
		2	I	2	1 2 to2Mminutes	1 at HIGH	power	or until butter melts.
						Beat eggs and milk together with
						fork until well-blended; stir into
						metted butter. Cook uncovered as
						directed in chart at Cook Power 7.
						Break up and stir eggs with fork
						halfway	through	cooking. Cover
						with wax paper and let stand 1 to 3
						minutes. Stir and season to taste.

Bask omelet

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

2 eggs

2 tablespoons milk l/a teaspoon salt

dash of ground black pepper

Cheeseburgers

1 pound lean ground beef

4 slices American process cheese

4 hamburger buns

Reuben sandwkhes

8 slices dark rye or pumpernickel bread, toasted l/i pound wokecl corned beef, sliced

1 can (8 ounces) sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

%cup creamy Russian or Thousand Island dressing

4 slices Swiss cheese

1.Place butter in a O-inch glass pie plate. Cook uncovered 15 to 20 seconds at HIGH power or until melted. Tilt plate to cover bottom with mefted butter.

2.Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Pour mixture into pie plate. Cook uncovered 2 to 3 minutes at Cook Power 7 or until almost set; stir after 1 minute. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand 2 minutes.

Makes 1 to 2 servings

1.Shape ground beef into four 4-inch patties. Arrange on a microwavable roast rack- Cover with wax paper and cook 3 to 3lX minutes at HIGH power or until desired doneness; turn patties over halfway through cooking; drain liquid.

2.Top patties with cheese. Cook 30 seconds at Cook Power 6. Let stand 2 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.

Makes 4 servings

1.Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, and dressing on 4 bread slices. Top each with cheese and remaining bread slices. Wrap each sandwich in a paper towel and place on a microwavable roast rack.

2.Cook 4% to 5% minutes at Cook Power 5 or until sandwich is heated through.
