Round	steak		MEAT	Turn	over. Cover				warm	areas
Stew beef			MEAT	with	aluminum			foil.
				Remove		thawed			portions	with
				fork. Separate				remainder.
Tenderloin		steak	MEAT	Return		remainder			to oven.
				Turn	over. Cover				warm	areas
				with	aluminum			foil.
Lamb
Chops			MEAT	Separate			and	rearrange.
