1.Click Print on the application’s File menu
2.Click the Printer Setup button
3.If not selected, select the Xerox Document WorkCentre XE printer
4.Click the Options button
5.Change the print options and click OK

1.On the Start Menu, click Settings. On the Settings submenu, click Printers.
2.Right click on the XEROX Document WorkCentre XE printer icon and click Properties, or click Properties from the File menu.
