Setting

Video delay control

When you want to make a digital processing of a projected image faster, set this function.

Use the Point  buttons, select an item of Off/Low/Mid/ High.

Digital processing speed becomes fast by order of Low

Mid High. High is the fastest.

Note:

The following functions are not available respectively when Video delay control is set to Low/Mid/High.

Low ........Keystone can not be selected.

Mid.........Progressive and Noise reduction can not be selected.

High .......Keystone, Progressive and Noise reduction can not be selected.

When Video delay control function is set to Low or High and press the KEYSTONE button on the remote control, Fig.1 will be displayed on the bottom left screen.

Closed caption

Closed Caption is a function that displays the audio portion of a TV program as text on the screen. If the input signal contains closed captions, you can turn on the feature and switch the channels. Press the Point  buttons to select Off, CC1, CC2, CC3 or CC4.

If the Closed caption is not clear, you can change the text from Color to White.

Note:

The Closed caption is available only under the situation below;

When the input signal is NTSC of composite and S- video, and the system is set according to the signal or set on Auto.

The system must be set on NTSC or Auto in Video System Selection. (p.42)

The item of Closed caption is displayed in gray while it is not available.

Closed caption is unavailable when On-Screen Menu and P-timer are displayed.

This function allows you to adjust the frame lock frequency depend on an input source such as a special frame frequency of video camera.

Use the Point  buttons to select from Auto or Manual 60.00Hz/59.94Hz/50.00Hz/30.00Hz/29.97Hz/25.00Hz/ 23.98Hz).

Factory default setting.

Manual xx.xx Hz ..

Use the Point  buttons to select the

 

reference frame frequency which is the

 

same as the frame frequency of the video

 

camera.

[xx.xxx ] Hz .........Use the Point  buttons to search the reference frame frequency. When this item

is adjusted, the above column will change to [Manual, - - -].

Reset ...................Select ‘Reset’ and press the SELECT button.

Then the confirmation message appears. Press the SELECT button at [Yes] to reset to the factory default value.
