2Enter the last two digits of the year, and press Menu/Set. “01” represents the year 2001 in the machine.

3Enter two digits for the month and press Menu/Set.

4Enter two digits for the day and press Menu/Set.

ENTER DAY:XX

5Enter the time in 24 hour format and press Menu/Set.

ENTER TIME:XX:XX

1Press Menu/Set, 1, 3.

2Enter your fax number (up to 20 digits) and press Menu/Set.

3Enter your telephone number (up to 20 digits) and press Menu/Set.
