The repeat icon show A-B .

The unit locates [A] and starts repeat playback between [A] and [B].

•To quit A-B repeat playback

Press ENTER. The A-B repeat mode turns off, while the playback continues.

Hints

•Selecting [OFF] from the pull-down menu for repeat mode selection, or pressing 4/¢ quits the A-B repeat mode and continues playback.

•You can also stop and quit A-B repeat mode by pressing 7 .

NOTES

•The A and B points must be set in the same title/ chapter/group/track.

•To dismiss the menu bar: Press ON SCREEN.

•If appears when pressing ENTER during DVD VIDEO playback

The disc content does not allow you to repeat the selected part.

Changing the language, sound and scene angle

With some DVD AUDIO/DVD VIDEO discs, you can choose a desired subtitle language and/or audio language/sound, as well as a desired camera angle. Some DVD AUDIO discs support more than one audio language/sound, with some DVD VIDEO discs support more than one subtitle language and/or audio language/ sound.

Similarly, you can choose a desired audio channel (or channel combination) of a SVCD/Video CD disc, as well as a subtitle channel of an SVCD disc.

To select the subtitle language [SUBTITLE]

Available :

Some DVD AUDIO/DVD VIDEO and SVCD discs for movies, guides, etc. contain more than one subtitle language. You can choose a desired one from them.

Hint

•At the beginning of the part where the subtitles are recorded, appears on the TV screen (except when the [ON SCREEN GUIDE] preference is set to [OFF]). See page 62 for details about [ON SCREEN GUIDE] preference.
