Dear customer,

we would like to point out once again that, if you experience the following problem, you should first follow our suggested solution before contacting the repair service.

The unit does not function properly (controls do not respond, image frozen ...)

>Disconnect the mains power supply for approx. 5 seconds, then connect it again.

>Then switch the receiver on again.

If the problem persists, you should then contact your repair service.

Your appliance carries the CE mark, and complies with all relevant EU

standards.
