4.Resolução de problemas

•Problema

–Solução

•O televisor que deseja usar não responde quando prime as teclas do telecomando.

– Substitua as pilhas gastas, por duas pilhas de formato R03, UM4 ou AAA.

– Aponte o SRU 1010 para o televisor e certifique-se de não haverem obstruções entre o SRU 1010 e o televisor.

•O telecomando SRU 1010 não responde correctamente aos comandos.

–Talvez esteja a usar o código errado. Tente programar novamente o SRU 1010 usando um código diferente, que seja mencionado entre os modelos da marca do seu televisor, ou reinicialize para busca automática do código correcto.

•A marca do seu televisor não consta da lista de códigos.

–Tente configurar o SRU 1010 de forma automática. Consulte a secção ‘Configurar o telecomando automaticamente’.

•Nenhum dos códigos funciona durante a configuração manual do telecomando.

– Se este for o caso, siga as instruções na secção ‘Configurar o telecomando automaticamente’.
