LANCAM SETUP:

This option is used to selects either RS232 or WLAN. If you wish to transfer information to the wireless LANCAM via the NVR, you must select the LANCAM SETUP option to configure the wireless or wired (RS-232) function installation.

RS232 : This option provides the wired function. "RS232" option can set wireless settings to a wireless LANCAM. If there are more than one LANCAM to be set, you must set it one by one. (Please refer to chapter 3. INSTALLATION section.)

NOTE: Please set the RS-232 option to ON in the COMMUNICATION page of the setup menu before you select this option.

WLAN : This is the wireless option. "WLAN" option can only be used to transmit modified wireless settings to a group of LANCAMs which currently is connected with NVR. Make sure all of LANCAM can be connected successfully, i.e. NVR can receive images from LANCAMs, before using this function. In the beginning of the process, the connectivity testing is performed to ensure that the settings can transmit to all of LANCAMs. If any of LANCAMs fails in the testing, the process is aborted.
