If you chose not to add the course database icons to your workspace, you can do so at any time (assuming you have created the course databases). For more information, see “Adding database icons to your workspace” in Chapter 5.

Once you have created the course databases, course instructors can use the databases to create the contents of their courses. To prepare instructors for designing the content of courses, you should:

￿Provide them with information about how to add the course databases to their Notes workspace (if they are connected to the server).

￿Make sure they know they can access LearningSpace Help by clicking the Help button in the Action bar in any LearningSpace course database.
