To turn on the camcorder, first set the Power Switch to any operation mode except “OFF”, then pull out the viewfinder fully or open the LCD monitor. When setting the Power Switch from “OFF” to any other position, press and hold the lock button located on the switch.

Tuning the Power Switch allows you to choose the appropriate operation mode among the following modes: Full Auto mode ( ), Manual mode ( ), 5 second recording mode (5S), Progressive mode ( ) and

Playback mode ( ).
