21.When using iFIT.com CD’s, you can manually override the speed and incline settings at any time by pressing the SPEED and INCLINE but- tons. However, when the next “chirp” is heard, the speed and/or incline will change to the next settings of the CD program.

22.Always remove iFIT.com CD’s from your CD player when you are not using them.

23.Never insert or drop any object into any opening.

24.Make sure to perform all maintenance proce- dures outlined in this manual. Failure to do so will void the warranty and may result in dam- age to the INCLINE TRAINER.
