Assembly Guide

Step 4: INSTALLING DRIVE BELT

Locate the following for this step:

PARTS:

TreadClimber® Base & Treadle Assembly from Step 3.

One (1) Drive Belt

TOOLS:

• 3/16” Hex Key (included)

4-1Place drive belt over roller pulley and motor pulley (see Figure 4-1).

4-2Make sure belt is seated into grooves and installed exactly as shown (see Figure 4-2).

4-3Using (1) 3/16" hex key completely remove motor shipping bolt from motor pan (see Figure 4-3) and retain the bolt after removing.

Note: Removing shipping bolt will create spring-loaded tension to drive belt and make it tight.

4-4Carefully lay unit back over to the upright position.

Step 5: LOCKING THE TREADLES

Locate the following for this step:

TreadClimber® Base & Treadle Assembly from Step 4.

Line up the treadles until they are parallel with

 

 

each other.

Move the locking lever downward and to the left

and then upward into the ‘locked’ position with

Lever in locked position

your foot (see Figure 5-1). You may need to gently rock the treadles up and down with your hand until you hear a ‘click’ to lock the treadles.

Note: Locking lever must be all the way to the top of the front plate. If not fully engaged the treadles may unlock during workout.
